Open your phone's Settings, go to Notifications, then Sisaro Break, and allow alerts. On Android, also exclude the app from battery optimisation so scheduled breaks aren't delayed.

Update your workspace (desk, laptop, standing) and the body areas you want to go easy on. Future routines are picked from those preferences.

A few minutes. Routines are designed to fit between tasks, for example a quick stand and a few slow rotations, so you can be back before the next message arrives.

Stop right away. Skip that movement and mark the area as one to go easy on in your preferences. If pain continues, speak to a health professional. The app is a wellbeing aid, not medical advice.
Purchases go through Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from the store you bought from (reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or your Google Play order history).

We'll reply to as soon as we can, usually within two working days.
